Wholesale orders made before 2pm UK time Monday-Friday are dispatched on the same day.
For other orders, dispatch time from our warehouse: Maximum of 2 working days.

• Wholesale Shipping to the UK: DPD Next Day or Hermes Next Day: Delivery usually in 1-2 working days

• Wholesale Shipping to the USA: DHL Express or Fedex International: Delivery usually within 5 working days

• Wholesale Shipping to the Europe: DHL Europe: Delivery usually within 5 working days

Faulty and Missing Goods

All items are inspected before dispatch, but sometimes they can escape our eagle eye!

Faulty items must be reported within 2 working days. Send us an e-mail at support@z-w-c.com along with images as proof of damage.

All faulty and missing items will be replaced without any cost to you.
